7th VDV Academy Conference Electric Buses – Market of the Future! and ElekBu 2016

More and more transport companies in Germany and abroad have begun to practically test buses with alternative drive technology for public transport. Especially battery buses are being tested because they are energy-efficient, quiet and locally zero-emission vehicles and because the prices for batteries are expected to decrease significantly within the next few years thanks to the development within the other modes oftransport. The conference 7th VDV Academy Conference Electric Buses - Market of the Future! ElekBu 2016 will touch upon the most important issues regarding the electric buses.
The exhibition ElekBu will take place in parallel to the conference. Manufacturers of battery and plug-in buses, their subsuppliers as well as companies advising transport companies on the procurement of such buses will present their products and services.
